Terms and Conditions

1. Service Description

LinkedMCP is a remote MCP server that connects AI coding agents (such as Cursor, Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and Copilot) to a LinkedIn account you attach through Unipile. The Service lets you read inbox threads, look up profiles, search people, send messages or connection requests, and send InMail — from the agent chat, subject to LinkedIn plan limits.

LinkedMCP follows a human-in-the-loop approach. The agent drafts and proposes actions. You confirm outbound messages, connection notes, and InMail before they are sent. LinkedMCP is not a LinkedIn product and is not affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation.

2. User Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be legally authorized to use the LinkedIn account you connect;
• Use the platform in accordance with UAE laws and regulations, including those related to data protection, and with LinkedIn’s own terms.

3. Account Registration

You may need to register for an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to:

• Use the Service lawfully and in accordance with LinkedIn’s User Agreement and acceptable-use rules;
• Not misuse the Service to spam, scrape at scale, harass, or violate anyone’s rights;
• Confirm the wording of messages and invitations before the agent sends them;
• Respect the usage caps we surface for your LinkedIn plan. Going over a safe cap is at your own risk.

5. Third-party services

LinkedIn access is provided through Unipile. Profile, inbox, search, and messaging data come from LinkedIn via that connection. Your agent (Cursor, Claude, or another MCP client) is a separate product. Those providers’ terms also apply. We are not responsible for LinkedIn, Unipile, or your agent’s availability, limits, or policy enforcement.

6. AI assistance, not autonomous action

LinkedMCP is a support tool. The agent suggests what to say and which tools to call. We do not guarantee that search results, profiles, or drafts are complete or error-free. You stay responsible for what is sent from your LinkedIn account.

7. Data Protection & Compliance

We process account, workspace, and LinkedIn-related data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable. Specifically:

• You are responsible for using only LinkedIn accounts and data you are authorized to access;
• We process such data to operate the Service (authentication, attaching Unipile accounts, usage limits, and tool calls you initiate);
• We implement technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access;
• We maintain a Data Protection Officer (DPO) for privacy matters: Christopher Walter Weinmann (chris@ovi-me.com);
• International data transfers are secured through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other appropriate safeguards where required.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, software, models, logos, and content provided through LinkedMCP remain the intellectual property of VectorZero Labs LLC or its licensors. You may use them solely to operate your own workspace. You may not copy, resell, or repurpose them for external or commercial redistribution.

9. Your content

You retain ownership of messages, notes, and other content you submit through the Service. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process this data as needed to operate the platform.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Service will reach every LinkedIn recipient, that search or profile data is complete, that Unipile or LinkedIn will remain available, or continuous performance of the platform. We make no representations regarding business or recruiting outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, VectorZero Labs LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or data, arising out of or connected with your use of the platform — including actions taken on LinkedIn through the Service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service without prior notice if:

• You breach these Terms;
• You use the Service for unlawful or unethical purposes;
• You attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
